The School
Here at Parker Smith Inclusion, we are working with a lovely one-form entry primary school in East London who are looking for a Teaching Assistant. The school are looking to open a new SEN classes, specialising in the needs for helping improve the development of there students with special educational needs and ensure all requirements are met. This school have a strong and experienced senior leadership team who will be working closely with the successful candidate ensuring the correct support is given, the school are very passionate about the development of all teaching staff with a continuous development programme in place.
The ideal Teaching Assistant
- The ideal Teaching Assistant should have experience working in Early Years
- As the Teaching Assistant you should have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students
- The Teaching Assistant must be able to work alongside a likeminded team who are equally as dedicated to the learning and personal development of young people
- The Teaching Assistant, ideally will have experience working with SEN whether personal or professional experience we want to hear from you
- The perfect Teaching Assistant should have a nurturing and calming personality
- The Teaching Assistant should have a passion and drive to ensure the pupils are able to build on a platform for life-long learning and educational success.
- The Teaching Assistant should be a positive role model for all and promote good behaviour.
