Teaching Assistant- Level 1 and Level 2 - Immediate or September 2024
- School: Primary and Secondary SEN Specialist School - ASD and Challenging behaviour
- Pay: £90 - £105 per day (Dependent on experience)
- Hours: 36 hours per week, between 8am and 4pm. Term time only (plus INSET days)
- Location: London Borough of Croydon

The school is a nurturing community for a range of young individuals, who have an EHCP (Educational Health Care Plan) and various Educational Needs, such as Social, Emotional and Mental Health and Autism. The school caters for both primary and secondary aged student, with Autism and challenging behaviour. At present, the school is seeking passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants, to join them immediately.
Ideal candidate and skills required:

Committed to fulfilling the needs of pupils experiencing social communication difficulties such as ASD, SEMH and other learning needs.

Have the ability to motivate students towards high achievement.

Excellent teamwork and good communication skills are essential.

Have an adaptable and flexible approach.

Able to work well in a high-pressure environment.
