I’m working with a Pioneering specialist academy who are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work alongside pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health. The children that require support are of Secondary school age and several of them need a Behaviour Mentor to assist them with their learning. It is essential that these students have a Behaviour Mentor to act as a positive role model as well as good academic knowledge to provide lesson support.
About you…
The school is looking for a passionate, empathetic behaviour Mentor who has a real desire to work with young people with SEMH. Experience working with SEN is beneficial as well as an understanding of trauma and the effect it can have on children, however, the school is open to hearing from those willing to gain experience in this field.
