Main responsibilities for Occupational Therapist role: As an integral part of our team, you will: Assess and support pupils with a range of sensory, motor, and emotional regulation needs. Develop and implement individualised therapy programmes tailored to each student's EHCP. Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to embed therapeutic strategies into everyday school life. Provide training and guidance to school staff to promote a whole-school therapeutic approach. Requirements for Speech and Language Therapists: We are looking for someone who: Is a qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist. Has experience (or a strong interest) in working with children and young people with SEMH, autism, and/or neurodiversity. Is resilient, empathetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced and emotionally rewarding environment. Can work effectively as part of a team and independently.
