Inclusion Lead

Working as an Inclusion Leader you are required to provide strategic direction and be an advocate for inclusive practice across the school as a whole. Within this MS Primary role you will be ensuring that all pupils, particularly the most vulnerable are receiving a high quality of education that meets each of their individual needs. You will be working closely with senior leadership time to collaborate over ideas to secure the best outcomes for every child. 

This Primary school in Plaistow are happy to support any child and are open to working with children that perhaps have been excluded and not accepted to other schools within the borough as they believe that each child should be able to access education, no matter what that looks like to them.

SEN Teacher – Mainstream Primary School, Plaistow - Inclusion Class Position: SEN Teacher Location: Mainstream Primary School, Plaistow, London Contract: Full-Time, Permanent or Temp2Perm after 2 terms. Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience) About Us: I am working closely with an Outstanding mainstream primary school in Plaistow that is committed to supporting the diverse needs of their students. I am seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team to run and develop their inclusion class you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to pupils with special educational needs (SEN). The curriculum and planning are ready, but I am looking for the right person to deliver it effectively and inspire the students to achieve their full potential. The Role: As an SEN Teacher, you will work primarily with students who have additional learning needs, such as mild learning difficulties, autism, behaviour, sensory and speech needs as well as global delay; adapting and delivering the existing curriculum to ensure it meets each student’s unique requirements. There are 7 students in this class and 6 TAs that you will be expected to instruct to deliver the best support to the children they're working with. You will also collaborate closely with the SENCO, SALTs, EPs and OTs and other staff members to create a supportive learning environment where every child can thrive. Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Secondary PRU Location: Newham, East London Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Term Time Only Salary: £100 per day (PAYE) Parker Smith Inclusion are seeking a committed and resilient Teaching Assistant to support young people with complex needs in a secondary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) based in Newham, East London. This is a term-time only position, starting in September 2025, offering a daily rate of £100 via PAYE. This role will suit someone who is passionate about working with pupils who present challenging behaviour and have been referred to alternative provision due to a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs. Many of the students have additional diagnoses, including ADHD, anxiety, and other complex conditions, and follow personalised timetables to meet their individual learning and support needs.
