About the Role
Mental Health Teaching Assistant / Learning Mentor
Specialist SEMH School in Mole Valley, Surrey
£90 - £95 PAYE per day, depending on experience
8:30am-4:30pm - ASAP Start
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a friendly special school in Mole Valley, Surrey. This school provides creative and therapeutic education to children and young people aged 11-16 who have been diagnosed with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH); some children may have other needs, including Autism/ASC and ADHD. The school is looking for a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Teaching Assistant / Learning Mentor to join the team as soon as possible.
This Mental Health Teaching Assistant / Learning Mentor role is ideal for robust and resilient individuals who have previous experience working with dysregulated behaviour and children and young people with additional needs, including SEMH, ASC, and ADHD.
