About the Role

Have you been working in a mainstream primary school and feel your experience and dedication have prepared you for an exciting new challenge?

Would you like to apply your skills and knowledge in a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) environment, where you can make a real difference every day?

This is an incredible opportunity to bring your expertise into a setting that truly values the fresh perspective and innovative ideas a mainstream primary teacher can offer. The headteacher is eager to welcome someone with a strong foundation in primary education, a willingness to learn the school’s specialist approach, and a passion for supporting students with additional needs.

Set within 15 acres of beautiful, purpose-built facilities, this SEMH school offers an enriching and holistic education experience. From small class sizes and music facilities to expansive outdoor spaces, the environment is designed to give every student the best possible opportunity to thrive — and you’ll play a key role in making that happen.

Whether you’re an ECT or an experienced teacher up to M6, your QTS primary expertise, combined with empathy, resilience, and a genuine desire to learn, will make you an ideal fit for this role.

If this opportunity excites you and you’d like to discuss how you can contribute to this exceptional school, please get in touch. You can call me on 02030114848 or email harry@psinclusion.co.uk — I look forward to hearing from you.
