Are you looking to work with a friendly and supportive team in a fantastic Mainstream Secondary School supporting young people with SEND?
I am working with a fantastic secondary school in North London that is looking for two experienced secondary teaching assistants to join their supportive team. They are looking for suitable candidates who have experience working with secondary students with SEN, ideally experience with ASD, SEMH and Physical and/or Sensory needs. This experience can be previous work experience or personal expereince.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to join a Secondary School working to have a hugely positive effect on the lives of pupils.
If you are an aspiring teacher this is a fantastic school for you as they can offer help with teacher training.

Requirements of a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Previous experience working as an SEN Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant within a Secondary School would be highly valued
- Previous experience working with Autism and ADHD or other SEND would be highly valued
- Previous experience working to support secondary-age pupils with Special Educational Needs
- If you don't have school-based experience, then to have personal experience with SEND
- A friendly and positive person with a resilient personality
