About the Role:

We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) team.

In this role, you will work alongside a highly skilled and caring class teacher, supporting students with:

  • Learning and development – providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
  • Personal care – offering compassionate assistance with daily care routines, ensuring students feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
  • Behaviour management – using positive reinforcement strategies and de-escalation techniques to promote a calm and inclusive learning environment.

What you must bring to this role:

  • Have experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, and MLD (although this is not essential—training will be provided).

  • Be comfortable with providing personal care support in a dignified and respectful manner.

  • Be proactive and creative in supporting students’ learning and engagement.
