1:1 Teaching Assistant – SEN

Pay: £75-£85 per day

If yes is the answer to the above questions we are looking for someone like you to work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in this Primary school
Becoming a 1:1 Teaching Assistant will require you to work both inside and outside the classroom with the child for the full academic year with their Emotional and Learning development. The child you will be supporting requires someone with the following attributes:
- Emotional resilience with a positive mindset.
- Team player who can build rapport with children, staff and parents.
- Wants to improve own skillset by learning new specialist skills.
- Determination to improve the child’s social, emotional and mental health development.
The school
The school is a small, family-orientated primary School. The school strongly believes in the well-being of both the staff and students alike. It is a mainstream school with a small intake of SEN children. The School are looking to welcome another member of staff to their team to ensure that this child’s needs are met.
