- Salary - £85-£90 Per Day PAYE

About the School
Here at Parker Smith Inclusion, we are working with an absolutely beautiful mainstream primary school in Hillingdon, looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant. The school have a strong and experienced senior leadership team who will be working closely with the successful candidate ensuring the proper support is given; the school are very passionate about the development of all teaching staff with a continuous development programme in place.
1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant requirements
- Passionate about supporting students with SEND
- Experience using phonics is essential
- Ideally, the 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant would have experience using Makaton and PECs
- Committed to personal development and learning specialist skills
- The successful 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant should be proactive and flexible
- The 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant should be a team player and build rapport quickly with both staff and students
- Ideally a Graduate or someone with previous SEN experience either formal or informal
