I am looking for an ASC Teacher to join a specialist setting within the area of Redbridge, Ilford.
ECT’s/NQT’s are welcome to apply for this role, in addition to teachers with mainstream experience seeking a rewarding transition.
This school caters for students with a diagnosis of ASC, SLCN, SEMH and associated needs including ODD, GDD and some medical conditions.
The team at this site have years of experience between them and a genuine passion for the industry; you can be assured you will be welcomed into an appreciative environment where employee wellbeing is at the heart of everything they do.
You can work alongside an experienced multi-disciplinary team of professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Play Therapists and many more.
QTS is a requirement of this role – so please only apply if you have achieved this or are working towards it.
As an ASC Teacher, you must have a brilliant understanding of neuro-diverse needs and how to adapt the curriculum to meet individual requirements. You must also have a positive energy and be committed to the school values and to making a lasting impact in the lives of young people.
