Looking to build a connection, inspire and help children in a rewarding role as a SEN Teaching Assistant?

This mainstream school strives to enable every child to become the very best they can by nurturing and encouraging their individual strengths and interests. Pupils are supported to develop and use strategies that help them to overcome and cope with their difficulties. They recognise that every child is different, and each individual child should always be the starting point. In addition to academic achievement, they focus on developing every child’s communication and social skills as well as their emotional regulation skills. This is supported by ensuring each child develops his or her independence through the teaching of life skills which are key to building confidence and self-esteem. The Autism Provision offers a high level of adult support with a class teacher and 3 support staff in each class. Class size is 8 pupils per class to ensure they maintain an autism friendly learning environment! All staff receive training opportunities to develop your skillset and career!
