Behaviour Mentor needed in Islington

Primary & Secondary schools, in North London

Up to £100 - £130 a day (Depending on experience), paid PAYE _

September or ASAP start _

  • Do you have a passion for supporting children and young people with high functioning Autism and mental health disorders?
  • Do you have experience working with young people who are not able to attend mainstream school and have a background of behavioral challenges?
  • Are you keen to make a difference in the lives of young people whilst furthering your career in SEND/SEMH?

I am working with several schools based in North London, that are all looking for a passionate Behavior Mentor to provide education to children who are unable to be educated in mainstream schools. I am looking to speak to professional and committed Behavior Mentors, even if your experience is informal/voluntary, we want to hear from you!

Behavior Mentor requirements

  • Experience of working with young people with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties and learning difficulties or experience with SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication
  • Learning Mentor/ Youth Worker experience
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
  • A passion for working with SEND is essential

Pay

  • We understand that pay is extremely important, and it must be clear and simple! For that reason we have chosen to pay our staff via PAYE only. Quoted rates are gross pay and your pay will never involve employer's NI deductions or admin fees.
