Behaviour Mentor - The role
- For this behaviour mentor they must have experience in working with young people with SEMH, Autism, behavioural issues and trauma
- Are you a behaviour mentor and have a passion for Performing arts or have a creative background
- Behaviour Mentor/ Youth Worker experience -SEMH Teaching Assistant
- Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships and to be a role model
- A passion for working with SEMH is essential
The school
The perfect Behaviour mentor will be working alongside a school that provides expertise, facilities and great opportunities for young adults! They are looking for a behaviour mentor who is looking to work with young adults with SEMH and ASD. They want this behaviour mentor to help young adults create their own right in the art provision, they want to help the students strive and give each individual the confidence and skills to shine as adults.
