Salary - £80 - £90 Per Day PAYE

I am seeking a passionate and proactive Early YearsTeaching Assistant working with students in early years and KS1 to join a friendly and ambitious team in Tower Hamlets. As a Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a small mixed class of SEN students and helping them to overcome barriers to learning. The school we are currently working with are a mainstream primary school with SEN classrooms, ensuring they meet the needs of all their SEN children, the successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will be based in this classroom, assisting student with SEN, they will be provided with specific training assisting with career development .

The ideal Early Years Teaching Assistant
- The Early Years Teaching Assistant should have level 3 in childcare qualification
- Has experience supporting students within early years or reception, assisting children with special educational needs
- The ideal Early years Teaching Assistant should be punctual
- The Early years Teaching Assistant SHOULD have experience working with SEN
- Can build and maintain strong relationships whilst enforcing boundaries
- Is committed to changing the lives of vulnerable young people, and will go above and beyond at all times
