Graduate Teaching Assistant – Year 5

£80 - £95 Per Day – PAYE only!

Have you worked with SEN children before?

Do you feel the reward and satisfaction of helping a child with SEN make positive changes?

 

If yes is the answer to the above questions we are looking for someone like you to work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant to make a positive impact by supporting a year 5 child 1 on 1 who has Global Delay.

 

              Becoming a Graduate Teaching Assistant will require you to work both inside and outside the classroom with the child for the full academic year with their Emotional and Learning development. The child you will be supporting requires someone with the following attributes:

 

  • Emotional resilience with a positive mindset.
  • Team player who can build rapport with children, staff and parents.
  • Wants to improve own skill set by learning new specialist skills.
  • Determination to improve the child’s social, emotional and mental health development.

 

The school

The school is a small, family orientated primary school in Harold Hill. The school strongly believes in the wellbeing of both the staff and students alike. It is a mainstream school with a small intake of SEN children.
