Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) position

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a vital role in supporting the student's academic, social, and emotional development. You will work closely with experienced teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans and provide one-to-one and group support. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that meets the unique needs of each student.

Ideally as the Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will have experience in holding interventions with students and have experience working with challenging behaviour ideally SEMH or ASD also 

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.
