We are looking for an experienced Lead Speech and Language Therapist to join a school's trust, working across two sites based within central London. The trust is committed to supporting young people with ASC and is looking for an experienced Lead SALT who shares their vision and is passionate about improving the quality of life for autistic children and young people. Within this role you will be the lead to the Speech and Language Therapist Team.
Lead Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) Responsibilities;

Leading a team of SALTs

Making sure your team is making a real difference

Support the Head of Integrated Services in reviewing and developing the team's approach

Delivering an excellent and responsive speech and language therapy service

Consult school staff such as Senior Leaders, SENCOs, and class teachers to support the integration of SaLT principles into the curriculum
Lead SALT Requirements;

Strong experience in leadership

Qualified Speech and Language Therapist

HCPC registration
-
Experience in working with Children with Complex Needs
