The school

I’m working with a specialist independent school for children and young adults with high-functioning Autism. They are looking for an aspiring Learning Support Assistant to help deliver specialised and individualised education to help support that transforms the lives of their young people and families. The school place a strong emphasis on social-emotional learning which together with holistic therapy integrated into the day-to-day of their teaching.

The school are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who has the same vision as them, that every young person deserves the support, care and education that equips them for a brighter future, and supports each child to achieve their unique potential.

  • The ideal Learning Support Assistant would have some experience working within SEN but is not essential
  • You should have a passion to make a difference to young people
  • As the ideal Learning Support Assistant, you will go above and beyond to change the lives of young people
  • The Learning Support Assistant will excel in building a solid rapport with both students, families and staff
