Mental Health SEND Teaching Assistant

South London - Southwark

£90 - £100 PAYE

Monday to Friday

Are you seeking a rewarding role supporting students with Trauma?

We are working with a fantastic school in Southwark to support students with their Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs within a classroom environment. Within this role, you will be supporting the students and helping them overcome barriers to learning and personal development as you build bonds with them. In this school, the students all have an EHCP related to SEMH, making this an ideal role for those with a keen interest in psychology and supporting young people.

The school is an amazing place to work, having a very close team that supports a small number of students who attend the school, alongside management who really cares for their staff. Staff are given a number of days that they can take off during the term time which is very rare to be provided by a school, alongside also providing staff with healthcare, access to a monthly therapist and provided training.

This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain further experience working with SEND or looking to start their careers. So why not apply today!
