The position: 

Exciting opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant! Full training provided. Work with students aged 11-16 who have SEMH issues, anxiety, challenging behaviour or a history of school refusals. Lead classroom activities, supervise children and build trust. Join a supportive team and enjoy working with great people and students.

Mental Health Teaching Assistant Requirements:

We welcome graduate and trainee candidates eager to join our team. While previous experience as a TA or in a SEN role would be an advantage, it is not a strict requirement. However, we do require that all applicants possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude and a strong ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

You will be working with a friendly and supportive team in a school where you can feel valued and make a real difference. You will get a chance to work one-on-one with a particular student who needs additional support, which will positively impact their school life.
