Are you passionate about teaching SEMH children with their learning and communication needs?
Do you have experience teaching children with Autism, Anxiety or Trauma Informed Behaviour?
Are you keen to further your skills in a dedicated school for SEMH?
What you can expect as a Nurture Teacher
- Experience of working in an inclusive SEMH setting
- To be part of a fantastic SEMH specialist staff team in a therapeutic school setting
- Receive weekly CPD and specialist SEND training, specific to the needs you support
- Smaller classes focused to the specific needs of the children
Nurture Teacher requirements:
- To be considered for this Nurture Teacher role, you will need to hold QTS or QTLS or have previous experience teaching classes of children.
- Solid experience working with SEMH is beneficial but we want to hear from ALL teachers. If you are interested in a teaching approach that is holistic and therapeutic but don’t necessarily have this experience yet, please still enquire.
- Passionate about inclusion
Although experience supporting children with SEMH needs is certainly beneficial, I would also love to hear from teachers in mainstream schools looking to take their first step into SEND settings.... so please get in touch!
