Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum

Do you have a passion for helping children diagnosed with Social, Emotional and Mental health needs?

Have you got experience and a good understanding of SEN and/or disability in young people and children?

An independent group of schools based in South-West London are recruiting a committed Outreach Coordinator for their head office alongside a department specialising in finding tutors for children with SEND, SEMH and ASC. The Outreach Coordinator role entails being the first point of contact between local authority commissioners, parents/carers and 3rd parties for home learning. You will be supporting senior colleagues in building their home learning service and maintaining a high quality service to the local authorities, Parents/carers and the students.

The Group specialise in children and young people from Primary school to college, supporting them and their families surrounding the social problems with being excluded from mainstream and special schools, ensuring they have the inclusive learning that they are committed to maintaining in all schools where they can feel welcome, valued and safe.


Outreach Coordinator requirements

  • Educated to GCSE or Equivalent for Literacy and Numeracy.
  • A Levels or Degree Qualification is beneficial
  • Understanding of SEN/Disability/SEMH
  • Able to work closely with the students and parents/carers.
  • Strong Conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of public sector funding schemes and contractual requirements.
