Teaching Assistant - Primary School - KS1/KS2

  • SEND provision within Mainstream Primary School

  • Focusing on supporting pupils with ASC (Autism)

  • London Borough of Hillingdon

  • £400 - £475 per week - PAYE

  • September 2023 start

  • Monday - Friday, Term Time Only

  • 8:30 am - 4 pm

  • £400 - £475 per week - paid PAYE only

Do you have experience working with children with ASC (Autism) or a strong drive to gain further experience?

Maybe you have just graduated from University and are looking to get into a position that will offer amazing career progression and ongoing training?

Or do you have personal experience with Autism and are looking to work in a school setting supporting vulnerable children?

I am working with a truly incredible school in the London Borough of Hillingdon who are now looking for kind and hardworking Teaching Assistant to join their amazing and committed team.

A core focus of this school is encouraging each child to learn in the way that works best for them. The teaching and support staff work together to create a calming and holistic environment where every pupil feels valued and safe.

Requirements of a Learning Support Assistant:

· Experience working with ASV would be highly valued within this role, however the school would be happy to consider less experience with a strong enthusiasm to learn and a true drive to make a positive difference.

· A highly empathetic, patient and caring personality type.

· A positive personality who works well as part of a team.

· A strong belief that each individual child deserves the best education possible.
