I am working with a fantastic SEMH school based in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham who pride themselves in their inclusivity and neurodiversity. Pupils range from the ages of 7-19 and present with significant complexity and co-morbidity linked to adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) including childhood trauma or secondary trauma linked to family marginalisation, loss of homes or relationships or pupil bullying and multiple exclusions. The school are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to provide full support to the students and help change their attitude to learning.

  • The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have a genuine passion for SEN and building a career surrounding this.
  • Experience in MAPA/PECS/Team Teach or other interventions is beneficial.
  • A Behaviour Mentor will go above and beyond to change the lives of young people.
  • Excels in building strong rapport with students and staff.
