I am working with an exceptional specialist primary school in Redbridge who are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their passionate and hard-working team. The school caters for students between 11-19 years who are unable to access mainstream education due to a diagnosis of ASD and associated complex needs.

I have visited this school and was truly amazed at how welcoming and supportive the team are. The students love coming to school and it was a heart-warming experience, seeing how the staff interact and make learning a fun experience. You will be supported by a multi-disciplinary team; from Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, SEN and Behaviour Specialists. When you join as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will also be paired with a ‘buddy’ on your first few weeks to ensure you settle in.
