The school educates students with SEMH needs and seeks experienced behavior mentors / TAs to join the team! All staff here are dedicated to creating a real family feel, and their passion for inclusivity and support will blow you away!
They challenge pupils to take responsibility, modify their behavior, improve attitudes to school life and make academic progress across the range and breadth of curriculum opportunities available. In addition to classroom-based learning, pupils have enrichment opportunities throughout the academic year.

The Ideal Person
- Experience working with young people with SEMH, Trauma and Sensory processing is preferred (If you have personal or professional experience, we want to hear from you!).
- Ability to build solid and meaningful relationships
- A passion for working with SEND is essential
