Key Responsibilities:
- Supportive Learning: Provide one-on-one or group support to students with SEMH needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- Positive Role Model: Be a mentor and role model for students, promoting positive behavior and social skills.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with our experienced team of educators and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Passion for working with students with SEMH needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
