I am currently working with a truly fantastic school in the London Borough of Hounslow who is now seeking SEMH Teaching Assistants to join their welcoming team.

What to expect as an SEMH Teaching Assistant:

Requirements of an SEMH Teaching Assistant:

  • A caring, supportive and resilient personality

  • Works well as part of a team, able to be flexible where necessary

  • Experience working as a teaching assistant previously would be highly valued for this role

  • Experience working with children in a school or youth club setting would be highly valued for this role

  • Experience working as a care worker would be hugely beneficial for this role
