I am currently working with a truly fantastic school in the London Borough of Croydon who are now seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join their welcoming team.

What to Expect as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • The opportunity to work alongside a fantastic and supportive senior leadership team where staff wellbeing is a priority
  • The opportunity to gain valuable experience working to help and support children with additional needs within a classroom setting
  • Up to £100 per day PAYE
  • Excellent work-life balance due to school hours and working during term time only

Requirements of an SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • A caring, supportive and resilient personality
  • Works well as part of a team, able to be flexible where necessary
  • Experience working as a teaching assistant previously would be highly valued for this role
  • Experience working with children in a school or youth club setting would be highly valued for this role
  • Experience working as a care worker would be hugely beneficial for this role
