SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Havering

Start Date: ASAP

PAY: £75-£85 Per day PAYE

  • Small school with 150 students aged between 4-19
  • Range of needs including autism, sensory needs, medical syndromes, challenging behaviour
  • This school is a community where each individual is understood, nurtured and celebrated
  • Are you looking for your next challenge where you will be supported in every way?

The ideal candidate

  • Experienced in working with SEN
  • The perfect SEN Teaching Assistant should have a nurturing and calming personality
  • The SEN Teaching Assistant should have a passion and drive to ensure the pupils are able to build on a platform for life-long learning and educational success.
  • The SEN Teaching Assistant should be confident in working with challenging behaviour
  • The SEN Teaching Assistant should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour.
  • The SEN Teaching Assistant should be open to assisting with personal care
  • Should be open to helping with swimming lessons
