SEND Teaching Assistant

  • Specialist SEND school for pupils with Autism, Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Complex needs
  • Up to £95 per day - PAYE
  • Ealing, North West London
  • Secondary year groups – Year 7 – Year 13
  • ASAP start - Full time

We are looking for enthusiastic, nurturing and skilled Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic SEND school based in Ealing. This role would be perfect for someone from a care work background due to the needs of the pupil’s personal care and feeding is a requirement. The ideal candidate for this school will have strong behaviour management techniques and a calm and compassionate nature,

Ideally, the right fit for this role will of had experience working with SEND previously, Autism experience is preferred alongside knowledge of PMLD and other complex needs. This role will be based in KS3 classes. Flexibility and a can-do attitude is essential!

This amazing school has a therapeutic approach to teaching, with a lovely therapy dog and the school also promotes diversity and equality in their staff and pupils.
