Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90 - £100 per day PAYE
Working Hours: Full-Time (Term Time Only)

I am seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a passionate school in the Twickenham area. As a SEN Assistant, you will support students with ASD, SCLN, non-verbal, challenging behaviour and personal care.
The school is a SEN-focused school with students ages ranging from 3-19. They aim to provide a stimulating, supportive and happy environment for everyone and actively encourage families and friends to be involved with every aspect of school life.
The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant
- Has experience supporting students with complex needs and managing challenging behaviour
- Can build and maintain strong relationships whilst enforcing boundaries
- Is committed to changing the lives of vulnerable young people, and will go above and beyond at all time
- A background in BSc/MSc in Psychology/Forensic Science/Criminology/Social sciences/Education studies
- Restraint training such as Team Teach, MAPA, Positive Behaviour, etc is valuable.
