Exciting Opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant in a Primary School!

We're thrilled to announce an opening for a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN Primary school, where you'll support children with a diverse range of special educational needs. From ASD and SEMH to Down Syndrome and SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs), you'll be working with children with varying needs, from moderate to severe. Sometimes, their challenging behaviour stems from frustrations in verbal communication and thus we need someone who is lively, bright and compassionate.

This SEN Teaching Assistant role offers an incredible opportunity for aspiring SEND teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, or anyone looking to gain valuable experience in special education within a warm and supportive team environment.

SEN Teaching Assistant Overview:

  • Exciting role as an SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Competitive salary of £90 - £95 per day (depending on experience)
  • Full-time position, 5 days per week during term time
