A Special Needs School based in East London are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with autism, ADHD and some complex learning difficulties.

Working with students with special educational needs requires resilience, patience and a nurturing personality able to understand and accommodate the needs of unique and talented children and young people.

This school belongs to a wider trust offering progression and development opportunities from teacher training to specialist assistant pathways. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is in abundance here and the Trust is dedicated to nurturing and retaining talent, sustaining the passion to work with children and young people with SEN.

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant may be…
