Teaching Assistant - Supporting Varied SEN - Primary School - Immediate start

Are you an aspiring SEND Teacher, or Educational/Child Psychologist?

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist SEN Primary school for children with a range of special educational needs. The children you will support will have various conditions, which often include ASD, SEMH, Down Syndrome, and SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs) and will vary between moderate to severe; this can sometimes have some challenging behaviour born out of frustration to communicate verbally. This SEN Teaching Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring SEND teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, and those looking to expand their experience in special education in a supportive and friendly team environment.

  • South-East London Primary School in a Brand New Refurbished complex
  • Salary £80 - £90 a day (depending on experience)
  • 5 days per week – term time only
