Salary: £85 - £90 per day

Role Overview: We are seeking passionate and empathetic Teaching Assistants who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our students. The ideal candidate will embrace a holistic and therapeutic approach to education, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to support each child’s individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational programs and activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet their unique needs.
- Implement and support therapeutic strategies and interventions as part of the trauma-informed approach.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to monitor and track student progress.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
- Support students with personal care and mobility needs, if required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with children or young people with autism and associated conditions.
- Understanding of and commitment to a trauma-informed approach in education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
- Relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
