We seek empathetic, pro-active individuals dedicated to working with children with diverse needs, including Autism, SLD, and PMLD. What to expect as a Special School Support Assistant:
- Provide 1-1 and small group support, tailoring activities to individual learning styles.
- Engage in creative activities, from arts and crafts to sports and music.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists for an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Encourage independence and life skills development.
- Facilitate sensory-based and play-based learning experiences.
- Assist with personal care and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
