Here at Parker Smith Inclusion, we are working with a fantastic SEN primary and secondary school in the London Borough of Croydon who are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school caters for students with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you must have experience supporting students with SEMH, ASD, and Learning Difficulties. The SEN Teaching Assistant will be flexible and resilient and can build/maintain relationships whilst enforcing boundaries and managing behaviours.
