🔹 Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt activities and learning strategies
🔹 Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where the child can flourish
🔹 Celebrating progress—no matter how small—because every step forward is a victory

✅ You’re patient, adaptable, and have a proactive approach to learning and behaviour support
✅ You genuinely want to work with children and understand that every day won’t be easy—but every challenge is worth it
✅ You believe in inclusion, kindness, and making sure every child feels valued
✅ You’re ready to be part of a team that works together to give children the best possible start
