Parker Smith Inclusion is thrilled to partner with an inspiring SEN school in the London Borough of Havering, seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant. This close-knit, welcoming school serves around 150 students aged 4–19 and is known for its supportive environment and commitment to the well-being of both students and staff.

As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students in and out of the classroom, inspiring and encouraging them each day. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, compassionate, and a positive role model, as it involves working with students who may present challenging behaviours. Additionally, the position requires comfort with personal care, including assistance with toileting and changing.
