We are looking for a Lead Speech & Language Therapist (Band 8) to shape, grow and lead a dedicated SaLT service within an already well-established paediatric clinic. The role Working from their welcoming central London clinic, you will: Lead the development of the speech therapy service, shaping pathways, standards and models of delivery Hold a specialist paediatric caseload (e.g. autism, DLD, speech sound disorders, social communication needs, early language) Collaborate closely with the established OT team, co-creating multidisciplinary plans that honour sensory, motor, communication and emotional needs Design and refine systems and processes for triage, assessments, therapy blocks, review and discharge Provide clinical supervision and leadership to SaLT colleagues as the service grows Deliver training and workshops for parents, schools and professionals Clinic-based work is at the heart of the role, with scope to include remote work as the service expands.
