About the Role
As an HLTA, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality support and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
- Lesson Delivery: Confidently cover lessons when required, delivering engaging and structured content in the teacher’s absence.
- Behaviour Management: Utilise strong behaviour management and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe, calm, and productive learning environment.
- Positive Role Model: Inspire students with your actions, fostering trust and encouraging them to develop their confidence, resilience, and social skills.
- Tailored Support: Work closely with students in small classes of just 6 learners, providing 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to their needs.

We are seeking a committed and resilient Maths Teacher to join their passionate team from September 2025.
This is a full-time teaching role, available on either a permanent basis or as a temp to perm opportunity, depending on your preference.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, within small class settings (typically 6–10 pupils). There is also scope to teach a second subject, depending on your interests and the needs of the school.
Plan and deliver creative and accessible Maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Work collaboratively with support staff to personalise learning and ensure progress

About the Role:
Delivering English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 to small class sizes (typically 6–10 pupils)
Planning and delivering tailored, engaging lessons that develop literacy and re-engage learners with education
Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues to personalise learning for individual needs
