An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Middle Leader for a maternity cover starting in Feb 2024 at a SEND school for moderate ASC needs.

About the SEND school

The school is a multisite special school that opened a new school in 2023 and are continuing to expand. They cater for children of all ages who have a variety of needs such as Autism, SLD and PMLD. The children’s needs and abilities really can vary in complexities therefore there will likely be a class to suit every teacher! The exceptional leadership team are passionate about recruiting within which is why the vast majority of their new SLT posts will be taken by existing middle leaders, therefore they will free up lots of middle leadership roles allowing for fast progression. The school recognises the importance of staff wellbeing and therefore individualised CPD is on offer for all staff.
