What You’ll Be Doing Engaging and inspiring learners through high expectations and accessible, creative teaching methods. Taking an analytical approach to tracking progress, ensuring every student has an individualised pathway to success. Who This Role is For A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in SEN settings. Someone who understands that behaviour is communication and can create engaging, structured learning experiences. A teacher who is eager to support post-16 students as they develop functional life skills and prepare for life beyond school. A professional with experience in working with students with complex needs, including Autism, and helping them develop communication and social skills.
