Parker Smith Inclusion is thrilled to partner with an inspiring SEN school in the London Borough of Havering, seeking a dedicated PMLD Learning Support Assistant. This close-knit, welcoming, Special school serves around 150 students aged 4–19 and is known for its supportive environment and commitment to the well-being of both students and staff.

As an experienced PMLD Learning Support Assistant, your support of the children will be valued and respected by the Senior Leadership team.  the you’ll play a vital role in supporting students in and out of the classroom, inspiring and encouraging them each day. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, compassionate, and a positive role model, as it involves working with students who may present challenging behaviours. Additionally, the position requires comfort with personal care, including assistance with toileting and changing.
