About the Role

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teacher to join a provision based in Clacton.

Position: SEMH Teacher
Location: Clacton
Type: Permanent
Salary: M1 to UPS (dependent on experience and qualifications)

  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support and guidance to students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
  • Passion for working with students from Year 7 to Year 11 with SEMH needs.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
