SEMH Teaching Assistant

Camden (North West London)

Are you seeking to be a positive guiding force to young people, supporting them within an educational setting?

We are working with a lovely school in the borough of Camden who are looking for a positive behaviour support assistant. Within this role, you will work with one-to-one with a year 4 student with SEMH needs who needs a positive and nurturing role model.

You will build a build a bond with the student and be a positive guiding force and help them as a mentor. The aim of the school is to enable the student to remain in mainstream education, supporting their emotional needs and providing positive guidance academically, socially and emotionally. 

The role includes training from internal and external professionals, and you will be working with various team members, therapists, support staff, teachers and more.
