The Role: As a Behaviour LSA, you will: Support students who may have experienced difficulties in mainstream education due to anxiety, autism, ADHD, or emotional and behavioural challenges. Work closely with teachers, therapists and behaviour leads to deliver personalised learning and emotional support. Implement and model positive behaviour strategies, helping students regulate, reflect and re-engage with learning. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils through consistency, empathy and positive reinforcement. Help create a calm, nurturing classroom atmosphere where students feel safe, respected and ready to learn. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who is: Compassionate, adaptable and calm under pressure. Passionate about making a genuine difference to young people’s lives. Skilled at building rapport with students who may have low confidence or challenging behaviour. Reflective, resilient and eager to learn, experience in an SEMH or SEN setting is beneficial but not essential. A true team-player who values collaboration, creativity and growth.
